T-Mobile brings Alcatel ONETOUCH POP 7 tablet for $149 to MetroPCS users

American wireless carrier T-Mobile today said MetroPCS prepaid customers can purchase Alcatel ONETOUCH POP 7 tablet for $149 along with one of its data plans.

Existing MetroPCS customers can get unlimited data and up to 1GB of 4G data for new POP 7 for $10 per month, unlimited data with first 3GB of data on 4G speeds will be priced at $20 per month, while the cost of unlimited data with first 5GB of data on 4G will be $30 per month on T-Mobile networks.

“T-Mobile and MetroPCS are already number one in prepaid, and we are not stopping there,” said John Legere, president and CEO of T-Mobile. “We are blazing trails again – this time with tablets for the prepaid market through MetroPCS.  Want a tablet from Boost or Cricket? They’ve got nothing.”

MetroPCS is offering $5 monthly discount when you add the POP 7 to your existing MetroPCS phone service.

Alcatel ONETOUCH POP 7 features include Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, 1.3GHz dual-core processor, 7” display, 8.9mm thin and built-in Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity.
