The deployment spans 76 sites, enabling Orange Jordan to meet increasing subscriber demands with high-speed internet, IPTV, and personalized broadband services while optimizing energy consumption and reducing costs.

Waleed Al Doulat, Chief ITN & Wholesale Officer at Orange Jordan, said: “This upgrade is a testament to our commitment to delivering the best broadband services to our customers. Nokia’s 7750 SR BNG allows us to enhance network efficiency and enrich our customers’ digital lives, while aligning with our sustainability and growth goals.”

Nokia’s trusted performance, built on security, sustainability, and resilience, aligns with Orange Jordan’s commitment to delivering superior digital experiences. This collaboration strengthens Orange Jordan’s network capabilities, supports its sustainability goals, and drives innovation in broadband services across Jordan.

The Nokia 7750 Service Router (SR) platform delivers high-performance, scalable, and secure networking solutions for edge and core router environments. Powered by breakthrough Nokia FP routing silicon and the reliable Service Router Operating System (SR OS), it ensures deterministic packet forwarding for consistent performance under all network conditions.

Nokia 7750 Service Router, which promises scalable capacity up to 230 Tb/s FD and support for interfaces up to 800GE, offers flexible system and line card options, optimizing network design with high-density and optical breakout capabilities. Integrated security features enable a multi-layer approach without impacting performance, while energy-efficient design reduces costs and extends deployment longevity.

The 7750 SR-s series provides high-density connectivity with modular and fixed-configuration options, full redundancy, and support for advanced applications like broadband gateways, IPsec gateways, and multi-access aggregation, making it a versatile choice for modern IP networks.
