Farmside deploys Metaswitch turnkey solution to builds IP Communications

Telecom Lead Asia: Metaswitch Networks is all set to
provide a switch migration solution to Farmside, New Zealand’s rural telecoms
provider.


Farmside, a subsidiary of Bay City Communications
has chosen Metaswitch Networks to address the increasing demand for speedier
and more sophisticated communications.


With Metaswitch solution deployed into its network, the
teleco said that the solution cost-effectively provides their customers with
enhanced communication applications on both IP and TDM connections.

migration solutions, Metaswitch was an obvious choice for us. The company’s

Farmside a platform that not only allows us to migrate customers sensibly, but

The company has deployed MetaView network management
platform into the Farmside network.


The the MetaView network management platform simplifies
service provider functions with sophisticated provisioning, monitoring and
troubleshooting capabilities, and the high performance Perimeta session border
controller.

Metaswitch deploys Perimeta Session Border Control in Cloud


In February, Metaswitch Networks announced that its
Perimeta SBC software deployed on generic enterprise servers as well as
virtual machine environments to support elastic cloud computing networks.
