China Mobile said its operating revenue fell 0.6 percent to RMB389.4 billion during the first half of 2019.

China Mobile is planning to spend RMB 166 billion towards Capex in 2019 as compared with RMB 167 billion in 2018. The planned RMB 166 billion Capex for 2019 also includes its investment in 5G network.
The total number of 4G customers reached 734 million, with a net addition of 21.13 million customers during the first half of 2019.
China Mobile added 142 million net new Internet of Things (IoT) smart connections, driving the total number of connections to 693 million. China Mobile said its revenue from IoT rose 43.8 percent to RMB5.2 billion.

China Mobile is planning to keep 47.6 percent of its total Capex on mobile communication networks, 29.5 percent on transmission networks, 14.6 percent on business networks and support systems and 7.1 percent on buildings & infrastructure & power system for the full year of 2019.
4G data traffic per user per month increased 132.5 percent to 7.1 GB.
