Ericsson has unveiled service orchestration and assurance products, solutions, and services aimed at empowering communication service providers (CSPs) to harness potential of 5G and 5G Standalone (SA) networks for high-impact use cases.
Ericsson Service Orchestration and Assurance product equips CSPs with essential tools to orchestrate and manage services across multiple network domains in hybrid IT environments, featuring multiple technology vendors. This product, designed to work seamlessly across network generations, facilitates efficient coordination of service creation and management.
Ericsson has also introduced the Ericsson Dynamic Network Slicing solution, built on the foundation of Ericsson Service Orchestration and Assurance, to expedite the operationalization of 5G network slicing, ensuring swift value generation and reduced implementation risk. Complementary services accompanying this solution will provide end-to-end support for service orchestration and assurance across Radio Access Networks (RAN), Core networks, and into monetization.
A recent TM Forum survey indicates that 85 percent of CSPs are contemplating simplifying service orchestration and assurance to achieve enhanced integration, streamlined processes, and closed-loop automation.
With 18 commercial contracts and 32 Proof of Concept projects already completed, Ericsson has been collaborating with CSPs to navigate their service orchestration and assurance journeys, showcasing positive outcomes across various projects.

Ron McKenzie, Chief Technology and Information Officer at Rogers, expressed pride in Rogers’ achievement as the first operator in Canada to successfully complete a nationwide live test of 5G network slicing technology.
