Telecom Lead Asia: The third edition of
International Forum on 4G technology is going to take place on July 10-11 in
Taipei.
The annual forum will seek to address standards, new
technologies and commercial implementations of high-speed wireless
broadband.
The forum will concentrate on topics, including
regulatory challenges related to 4G technology, mobile cloud in 4G, spectrum
management for 4G and machine-to-machine applications.
Telecom operators, regulators, handset designers, OTT
service providers and chipset makers from North Asia, North America, Europe,
Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Middle East & Russia will mark their presence
at the forum.
At the event, speakers from mobile operators Verizon
Wireless, Chunghwa Telecom, Telefonica O2, Far EasTone Telecom, Vee TIME
Telecom, UQ Communications/KDDI (Japan), Global Mobile Corp (Taiwan), Vodafone,
Korea Telecom, China Unicom, Fiat (Italy), Turkcell, Verizon Wireless and
Orange will address the attendees.
Furthermore, Ministry of Knowledge Economy (Korea), ITU,
Viet Nam Telecommunications Authority, Smart Mobile (Philippines), Mongolia
Information, Communications Technology and Post Authority and Microsoft Asia
will be attending the forum.
The forum is being co-organized with Industrial
Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Taiwan’s technology
standard-bearer.
