Vodafone has signed a memorandum of understanding with Hellenic Telecommunications to buy its subsidiary Telekom Romania Mobile (TKRM).
Vodafone, under the terms of the agreement, would buy Telekom Romania and a significant proportion of its assets. Meanwhile, Romania-based operator Digi would buy some assets.
