Three UK hikes salary to around 2,500 retail employees

Three UK, a leading mobile network operator, announced another round of increase in salary to around 2,500 retail employees.
Three retail store in UKCustomer Advisors working in nationwide stores will get a 10.1 percent increase, seeing wages rise to £11.15 – above the recommended living wage. Meanwhile, colleagues based in London stores will see their hourly rate go up by 8.1 percent to £12.32. In addition, Customer Advisors can earn a further 25 percent on their salary through bonuses.

All rises are effective from 1st January 2023. Hourly pay outside London has grown 23.7 percent and 16.8 percent in London since December 2021, Three UK said.

Across the wider business, all staff earning less than £30k per annum will receive a one-off cost of living payment of £500 as the company shows its ongoing support for colleagues once again as bills continue to rise.

More broadly, the head office will see pay increase by an average of 7 percent.
