Tata Docomo offers free Wi-Fi at international airports in Delhi and Hyderabad

Telecom Lead India: Tata Docomo is set to offer free Wi-Fi services at international airports in Delhi and Hyderabad.

The telecom operator has signed an exclusive agreement with GMR Airports for offering Wi-Fi services at Indira Gandhi International Airport – Terminal 3 in Delhi and Rajiv Gandhi Hyderabad International Airport, Hyderabad.

Passengers can access 45 minutes of free Wi-Fi services. After 45 minutes, passengers need to pay online to use Wi-Fi services.

This service allows international passengers to connect to the Wi-Fi services by using their relationship with their home mobile / broadband service provider.

Prateek Pashine, president- SME Business, Tata Docomo, said: “Tata Docomo has a pan India hotspot presence along with a network of 1.2 million hotspots with our partners.”

T3 welcomes close to 30 lakh foreign and domestic travelers every month.

Tata Docomo is increasing its presence in the enterprise business. In fact, Tata Docomo supports 30,000 plus organizations in India. Leading banks, news channels, insurance companies, IT companies, Pizza chains, Job portals, online shopping companies and many more depend on its network.

Meanwhile, Tata Docomo posted revenues of Rs 2,294 crore in the third quarter of FY 2013.
