It gives me pleasure to report on our performance for
the last financial year. As a company, we are reaching a crucial phase in
implementing our strategy. Our profitability continues to improve, and we are
seeing a strong funnel and order book, exiting from Q4 of 2011-12, which has
given us the confidence to make further investments to expand our capacity in
FY2012-13,” said Raju Vegesna, chairman & MD, Sify Technologies.

Sify Technologies will have a unified customer-facing
sales team that will handle all products or services from brand Sify.

Sify will continue to invest in managed services
portfolio. This will be supported by the organic expansion of its network and
the commissioning of two of data centers at Mumbai and Delhi this financial
year.

Sify is continually investing in expanding capacity and
increasing presence in Tier II and III cities, as well as expanding fiber
access in Tier I cities. Its capacity utilization is gradually reaching
critical levels with data centers near full capacity and network assets showing
higher asset productivity.

Recently, Sify exited from financial services affiliate,
MFG Sify.

Its promoters have infused fresh capital of INR 500
million to support new investments in the last quarter of 2011-12, making it a
cumulative INR 2.5 billion thus far.
