RCOM sells fiber infrastructure assets to Reliance Jio

Reliance Communications announced the sale of its fiber and related infrastructure assets — worth INR 3,000 crore — to Reliance Jio Infocomm.

The fiber monetization transaction includes the transfer of 178,000 km of fiber across the country. Reliance Jio is India’s largest 4G service provider with more than 200 million subscribers on its network.
