Telecom operator MTS said it is entering the IT outsourcing market targeting enterprise clients in Russia.
MTS said it would be offering systems integration solutions, network infrastructure and IT systems maintenance, business applications management and other services.
“We will use the expertise of our systems integrator NVision Group and over 5,000 IT specialists across Russia. The services will be provided under Service Level Agreement (SLA) lasting from one to five years,” Kirill Dmitriev, vice president, Sales and Customer Service, MTS, said.
