CSL selects the Now Factory to improve customer experience

Telecom Lead Asia: Hong Kong’s mobile operator has
selected Mobile Moments Vantage from the Now Factory to provide real-time
visibility into mobile data usage.

 

The solution will allow the operator to peek into mobile
data usage, which will further enable the operator to optimize the customer
experience and increase operational efficiencies in real time across its LTE
and UMTS network.
