Bharti Airtel’s digital services unit, Xtelify, has unveiled a sovereign, telco-grade cloud platform and a suite of AI-driven software tools aimed at transforming enterprise operations and telecom services globally. The launch comes with strategic partnerships with Singtel, Globe Telecom, and Airtel Africa.

Airtel Cloud, designed to process up to 140 crore transactions per minute, will now be offered to Indian enterprises. Hosted on sustainable next-gen data centers and managed by over 300 certified experts, Airtel Cloud delivers infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), AI-based provisioning, and secure, scalable migration capabilities—without vendor lock-in.
Xtelify also introduced a future-ready AI software suite for telecom operators. It features:
A converged data engine for insights and intelligence,
A workforce platform for real-time task management,
A customer experience platform for omnichannel engagement, targeting reduced churn and improved ARPU.
Key Partnerships:
Singtel: Will deploy Xtelify Work, an AI-based workforce optimization platform enhancing fleet management, real-time tracking, and governance for field teams.
Globe Telecom (Philippines): Will implement Xtelify Serve, an AI-powered customer service platform supporting omnichannel operations and intelligent data-led processes.
Airtel Africa: Will use Xtelify Data Engine, Work, and IQ to empower its 150,000-strong field force across 14 countries, enabling micro-targeted insights, fraud prevention, and real-time customer engagement.

The move aligns with India’s broader push for domestic cloud infrastructure. According to IDC, India’s cloud services market is set to grow from $8.3 billion in 2023 to $24.2 billion by 2028, currently dominated by global players.
The announcement follows Bharti Airtel’s recent deal with AI-powered search platform Perplexity, offering its 360 million users a 12-month free subscription — underscoring Airtel’s deepening commitment to AI integration across its services.
