Aircel sets up 14 ASKs in Mumbai

Telecom Lead India: Aircel has set up 14 Aircel Sewa Kendras’ (ASKs) in Mumbai to address sales and service needs of its mobile users.

Aircel claims that ASKs will redefine customers experience by providing everything for everyone under one roof.

The telecom operator is planning to launch 10 more ASKs within the next one month and a total of at least 50 within this year.

Besides selling Aircel postpaid, prepaid, data and VAS products, these stores will offer a live and engaging experience of Aircel products as well as various Aircel promoted devices.

The ASKs will also facilitate regular needs like bill payment, SIM exchange, plan change, etc. all with a view to offer quick resolution to customers.

Vikas Kakwani, circle business head – Mumbai, Aircel, said: “Based on the Franchise Owned Franchise Operated model, Aircel Sewa Kendras are being set up in densely populated areas to ensure that we are in proximity to our customers need.”
