Procera Networks has hired former F5 Networks executive Tom Carter as senior vice president of Global Sales and Services.
Tom Carter has 25 years of sales and leadership experience selling strategic technology and solutions in the telecommunications industry. Tom Carter will be responsible for Procera’s virtualization and cloud offerings by driving growth on a global scale.
Tom Carter has a history of driving revenue growth with tier one telecom operators. Prior to joining Procera, Tom Carter was VP of Worldwide Service Provider Sales for F5 Networks. Tom Carter has also held senior executive positions at Truphone, Clarity Communications, and Bridgeport Networks.
Procera achieved a number of virtualized deployments in 2016.
