Qualcomm to refile China antitrust application for $44 bn NXP takeover

Qualcomm for mobile connectivityU.S.-based chipset maker Qualcomm will refile an application with the China government to clear its $44 billion takeover of NXP Semiconductors, giving regulators more time to decide on the deal and averting a collapse, Reuters reported.
