Kobian to launch seven Mercury tablets during AMJ quarter 2013

Telecom Lead Asia: Kobian will launch more than seven Mercury tablets during the quarter AMJ 2013.

The company launched more than 8 models in 2012-13.

Announcing the road map for Mercury tablets for the year 2013-14, Kobian said these new tablets will address demands of students and business executives who are shifting their interest from traditional PCs and laptops to tablets.

New models – on Google Android OS — will have higher versions of existing dual-core, quad-core processors and high definition display, Kobian said on Wednesday.

The new Mercury tablets will be compact in size with new designs that will deliver the style quotient. With advanced technologies, the tablets are being developed to speed-up the working experience.

The company will also release attractive tablet leather cases in its accessory segment.

Recently, Kobian completed road shows in different cities across India and plans to continue the road shows to educate the prospective customers and help them choose the right.

Sushmita Das, VP – business at Kobian, said: “Our major focus is to design the tablets that meet the needs of the user at affordable prices without compromising on the quality. 2013 will see more models with higher versions, dual and quad core processors and high definition display.”
