Vonage and C3 AI Transform Mobile Field Services with Cutting-Edge AI Solution
Vonage, part of Ericsson, has partnered with C3 AI to introduce a network‑enabled, agentic AI field services solution aimed at improving mobile workforce operations. The new C3 AI Field Services module integrates C3 AI’s enterprise AI tools with Vonage’s communications (voice/video) and network APIs like Quality on Demand and Verify to enhance connectivity and intelligence for technicians working off-site. The solution equips field workers with real‑time AI guidance, secure login, remote expert video support, and knowledge‑management features to boost first‑time fix rates, ensure compliance, and streamline training, addressing traditional field service challenges such as fragmented information and skill shortages.

OpenAI is set to start building data centres in South Korea in March 2026 in partnership with Samsung’s IT arm Samsung SDS and SK Telecom, Science Minister Bae Kyung‑hoon said at a parliamentary hearing in Seoul. The plan follows an October announcement of joint ventures to build two facilities with an initial combined capacity of around 20 megawatts. SK Telecom confirmed it is discussing a centre in southwest Korea, though exact timings remain under review, and Samsung SDS declined to comment. The move highlights a major collaboration between global AI leader OpenAI and leading Korean tech firms.
