Elitecore bags Wi-Fi SMP order from Internet operator in Libya

Elitecore Technologies has bagged a major order from a wireless Internet service provider in Libya to supply Wi-Fi Service Management Platform (SMP).

The African ISP selected Elitecore SMP to provide Wi-Fi offerings to new hotspots at residences, corporate, retail hotspots like cafes, restaurants, hotels, resorts, universities, government and private sectors.

The Wi-Fi Platform supported by Elite Access Controller and Billing of Wi-Fi Services enabled the ISP to cater to subscribers in different categories. Elitecore did not name the ISP and additional details of the Wi-Fi SMP deal.

Mobile Africa

The ISP will benefit from authentication of users with their login credentials, display of customized location specific captive portal web pages with branding facilities, portal for resellers to generate vouchers, customer portal for end users to manage their accounts as well as mechanism to securely and automatically connect to Wi-Fi network.
