Dell announced the launch of the Dell Mobile App for
Android, a dual-purpose shopping and support application that helps people
quickly and easily find the right solutions to pursue their personal passions.

desktops. Dell also recently introduced an innovative live chat feature,
through which customers can connect with experts who can guide them through the
purchase path, address any questions or diagnose an issue with their Dell
laptop or desktop.
Additionally, Screen Share, a collaborative shopping
function, lets visitors to Dell.com share web pages with friends and family so
they can solicit their input and advice in real-time.
The new Dell Mobile App delivers much of the same
