TantaComm unveils interaction recording solutions for BPOs


TantaComm, a provider of customer interaction solutions
designed for business process outsourcers (BPOs), announced new products and
solution enhancements designed to help BPOs better service clients, minimize
risk and streamline system administration.


The new functionality comes in the areas of enhanced
Quality Monitoring features, PCI Compliance enablement, centralized interaction
management and monitoring and interaction recording capacity.

business process outsourcers, we are developing new solutions and capabilities
to help them better manage their complex contact center challenges,” said

Solution and enhancement highlights include: New
NetAuditor PoETM Recording Appliance features Power Over Ethernet capability to
reduce overall power consumption and heat generation, while also eliminating
failure points and improving system manageability.


New Auditor Server SDXTM Recording Platform features
increased platform density to help reduce hardware footprint and real-time
hot-swap capabilities to ensure system reliability.


New Auditor Server HDX TM represents our next generation
server capable of improving upon SDX density levels while enabling optimal
system redundancy.


New TantaCrypt Interaction Encryption Solution, a new PCI
Compliance solution which reduces the cost and complexity of PCI compliance by
ensuring constant encryption of both audio and video files with structured key
management capabilities.


DartVUE Version 3.5 interaction Recording and Quality
Management Platform includes over 15 new enhancements designed to simplify the
user experience and increase support for a BPO’s ever-changing needs.
