LogNet Systems expands in Southeast Asia with a new office in Bangkok

Telecom Lead Asia: LogNet Systems, a provider of customer
management and billing solutions for multiple play service providers, has
opened a regional office in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

LogNet Systems’ new office is result of its plans to
support expansion in Southeast Asia. LogNet Systems’ new regional office in
Thailand will handle the company’s sales, project delivery and support
activities throughout Southeast Asia.

 

Here in Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia we
are already experiencing a strong demand for our multiple play solutions among
telcos rolling out new services as well as utilities companies that are
creating multiple service operations,” said Jose Kuruvilla, regional sales
director for Southeast Asia, LogNet Systems.

 

The office will also develop relationships with and
support the activities of the company’s system integrator and other channel
partners in local markets throughout the region.

new operation in Thailand brings us closer to the market. The opening our
regional office in Thailand is part of our corporate strategy to work with
local channel partners and will allow us to strengthen existing relationships
and develop new partnerships,” said Kirill Rechter, CEO of LogNet Billing.

 

The multiple play solutions from LogNet Systems provide a
unified customer management and billing framework for telecommunications
service providers and utility companies to create fully integrated multiple
service environments.

 

The solutions from LogNet Systems are based on it
its MaxBill and Account Manager Suite (AMS) product suites,
which includes the functionality for billing, rating, product catalog, CRM,
self care, e-billing and data analysis.

 

The company works with local channel partners in specific
geographic and vertical markets to promote, deploy and support its customer
management and billing solutions.

 

Recently, LogNet Systems selected by mobile operator Tango in Luxembourg to deploy a
multiple play customer management and billing solution.
