Keysight acquires Anite for $600 million in cash

Keysight Technologies today said it completed the acquisition of Anite, a supplier of software solutions for wireless research and development for $600 million in cash.

The strategy of Keysight is to grow in wireless and expand its software offerings as part of its plan to a software-oriented solutions company.
