Hrvatski Telekom Partners with Netcracker Technology to Modernize IT Infrastructure

The latest phase of the partnership entails Hrvatski Telekom upgrading to the newest iteration of Netcracker’s digital-first and cloud-native revenue management platform. This upgrade promises to deliver a host of strategic benefits, foremost among them being the automation of the operator’s postpaid charging processes.

Netcracker Technology said the platform will enable seamless integration with internal and external revenue management functions, including accounts receivable, collections, revenue assurance, payment management, and more across all lines of business.

Moreover, Netcracker will continue to extend its Support & Maintenance services to Hrvatski Telekom. These services, inclusive of analytics-based tools, ensure uninterrupted business continuity and uphold the highest standards of service quality.

Suzana Vodicka Varga, Director of IT Enterprise Applications Department at Hrvatski Telekom, said: “The upgrade and support from Netcracker will allow us to automate our entire postpaid charging process and give us the flexibility to merge our fixed and mobile systems to provide the best possible customer experience.”
