Ericsson inks BSS deal with Serbian telecoms Telekom Srbijahas

Telecom network vendor Ericsson today announced BSS deal with Serbian mobile operator Telekom Srbijahas.

Telekom Srbijahas will deploy Ericsson’s Charging and Billing in One solution for its residential and corporate mobile and fixed-line subscribers. The deployment is part of the transformation of its business support systems (BSS).

The ongoing BSS transformation project will support the Serbian telecom operator to offer a range of promotions, discounts, incentive programs, targeted campaigns, cross-service bundles and differentiated tariffs to its customers and also allowing them to have full real-time control over their spending.

“We always aim to provide our subscribers with services and solutions that will enhance their experience,” said Predrag Culibrk, CEO of Telekom Srbija.

Ericsson claims that its charging and billing solutions are currently supporting more than 2 billion subscribers worldwide.
