CSG International announced deals with DST and Atlantic Broadband.
CSG International said it will consolidate wholesale business and settlement operations for DST, a provider of communications services in Brunei, using CSG Route and CSG Interconnect.
Last week CSG International said that Atlantic Broadband, a cable operator in the U.S., has extended its contract to provide billing and customer care solutions across the enterprise.
The addition of CSG Route to the DST solution will allow DST to serve customers from a single unified platform that will streamline operations, mitigate the risk of discrepancies and deliver advantage in international voice and data offerings.
“In the current competitive climate, it’s necessary for DST to be more innovative in our approach to business processes in order to be more efficient in managing our time and money, including by automating some of our existing processes,” said Amer Zakaria, senior manager for International and Interconnect Services at DST.
Meanwhile, CSG announced a six-year extension to offer billing solutions to Atlantic Broadband.
Atlantic Broadband will use CSG’s billing solution to reduce operational and network costs. The solution suite creates efficiencies through configurable system capabilities and improved business processes that support operational cost reductions in areas such as operations, IT, customer care, and workforce management.
“By supporting additional touch points to customer interactions, we are able to capture data that enables us to provide the best service offerings for each individual customer,” said Richard J. Shea, senior vice president and chief operating officer for Atlantic Broadband.
