CA Technologies unveils cloud solutions that deliver business agility

 

CA Technologies
launched various new and enhanced agile cloud solutions that deliver business
services across public, private or hybrid clouds.

 

The solutions,
combined with CA Technologies deep expertise in IT management and security for
the mainframe, distributed and cloud environments, help deliver the innovative
business services required to enable IT to move at the speed of business.

 

The cloud solutions
provide the foundation for a business service platform to help customers
leverage the advantages of cloud computing for impactful business services
include the automation, security and service assurance needed to achieve
business agility and its competitive benefits: innovation, speed, cost and risk
efficiencies and improved performance.

CA Cloud 360 provides
enterprises with a prescriptive approach to help validate and select which
applications and business services are best suited for private, public and
hybrid clouds. The solution spans application portfolio analysis, predictive
capacity analysis, application and service virtualization, application testing
in simulated production environments, as well as service level performance and
management.

 

CA Technologies has
advanced the Cloud Commons ecosystem, rolling out the new Cloud Commons Marketplace
and Developer Studio. The Cloud Commons Marketplace unites buyers and sellers
of cloud solutions and services. Developers and independent software vendors
can use the Cloud Commons Developer Studio to create cloud-ready IT solutions
designed for both public and private cloud environments.

 

CA Automation Suite
for Clouds offers pre-designed workflows for automated, self-service delivery
of virtual and physical infrastructure and application services.

 

This new release of
the solution adds support for additional platforms such as the CA AppLogic
platform, VCE vBlock Infrastructure Platforms, and Microsoft Hyper-V, IBM LPAR,
Oracle Solaris Zones and VMware View, as well as enhanced cloud management,

 

The latest release of
CA Application Performance Management (APM) unleashes the next generation of
Application Performance Management with the unified application, infrastructure
and network performance solution that helps eliminate hybrid-cloud
infrastructure blind spots to put customers firmly in control of the end-user
experience.

 

CA Technologies has
added two new identity and access management (IAM) cloud solutions to its CA
CloudMinder family of IAM as-a-Service offerings. CA IdentityMinder
as-a-Service and CA FedMinder as-a-Service deliver key capabilities for increasing
security and improving operational efficiencies while providing all the
benefits of a cloud deployment model.

 

CA Technologies
recently announced
10 new and updated products and
solutions that advance the company’s strategy for enabling cloud-connected
enterprises and helping customers realize the business value of agility.
