C Spire Fiber taps NetCracker to accelerate service delivery

C Spire Fiber has selected NetCracker Technology to better service delivery, enhance order fulfilment accuracy, and improve physical and logical inventory data across its 4,400-mile fiber optic network.

By leveraging NetCracker’s Outside Plant Management solution and data migration services, as well as implementing NetCracker’s Service Order Management solution, C Spire Fiber will improve its network and business operations to increase revenue per transaction while decreasing its operating costs.

With NetCracker’s Outside Plant Management solution, and data migration services, C Spire Fiber has centralized its physical and logical network inventory data. This enables map-based management of its outside plant assets for modelling and documenting cables, splices, and terminations.

NetCracker’s Service Order Management solution will enable C Spire Fiber to gain an end-to-end view of every order, and substantially improve staff efficiency and order fulfilment timeliness and accuracy.

C Spire Fiber will reduce operating expenses across its ordering and fulfilment processes; leverage more intelligent analytics to handle process issues and order volume proactively; accelerate revenue through faster service turn-up; and improve facilities construction efficiency.

“As our business grows and diversifies, we need to drive as much speed and cost efficiency into our service delivery processes as possible,” said Gregg Logan, senior vice president at C Spire Fiber.
