C-COM unveils service center in Buenos Aires

Telecom Lead America: C-COM Satellite Systems, a provider
of mobile auto-deploying satellite antenna systems, has established its first
service center in Argentina.

The company has cooperated with Buenos Aires based
integrator Telespazio Argentina S.A to open its new service center.

The authorized service center will provide local
maintenance and support for the C-COM manufactured iNetVu mobile antennas to
Argentine customers.

“Telespazio Argentina is one of the largest
resellers of the iNetVu mobile satellite antenna systems in South America
with a significant installed base of corporate and government customers,”
said Leslie Klein, President and CEO of C-COM Satellite Systems Inc.

The company reckons that its repair center, staffed with
C-COM trained Telespazio Argentina technicians will make it possible to deliver
high quality and timely support to customers in Argentina.

“The establishment of this service center will
provide Telespazio Argentina the advantages of being able to offer
iNetVu mobile customers in Argentina with access to a highly trained and
experienced bilingual support team capable of delivering 24/7 technical
support,” said Paul Recalt, Director of Network and Connectivity Business
Unit, Telespazio Argentina.

Telespazio Argentina has given a complete theoretical and
practical training to its technicians for the authorization.

The training includes professional troubleshooting and

maintenance of the iNetVu mobile antenna systems.

The certification extends the ability of Telespazio
Argentina, which owns and operates one of the teleports in the region to
improve its service offering to over 100 mobile customers.

C-COM bags $1 million in orders from Russia

In April this year, C-COM Satellite Systems received
$1,000,000 in orders for its iNetVu mobile antenna products from Russia.
