Arkadin selects Cisco Jabber as key component of Unified Communications offer

By Telecom Lead Team:
Arkadin, a provider of collaboration-as-a-service solutions, announced that Cisco
Jabber will be a core component of its unified communications (UC) offering.

With Cisco Jabber, Arkadin clients can transition to a UC
solution that integrates with all critical collaboration tools, including
presence, instant messaging (IM), desktop sharing and audio, web and video
conferencing within a single user interface.

With Arkadin, Cisco Jabber users have the benefit of
Arkadin’s advanced audio conferencing and bridging technology which guarantees
premium audio quality and stability to an unlimited number of attendees. And
unlike VoIP audio, which is limited to the company network, external contacts
can be invited to join an Arkadin audio conference.

Integrating Cisco Jabber into our portfolio of solutions
is the first step to deploying our long-range UC offering. Delivered in a cloud
model and integrated with Arkadin’s traditional collaboration services, Cisco
Jabber will allow us to deliver a seamless UC experience for our clients,” said
Jean-Benoist Miecaze, vice president of Product & Marketing at Arkadin.
