Gilat Satellite wins deal in Peru

Gilat Satellite Networks has won a multi-million-dollar contract from CORPAC, the Peruvian Corporation of Commercial Airports and Aviation, to provide mission critical telecom systems for 29 of Peru’s airports.

The award of high-availability communication system follows Gilat’s execution of large government projects and well positions Gilat for additional large deals in Peru.

CORPAC is a government entity in charge of the administration of most of the airports in Peru. Gilat will design, supply, implement and commission equipment for Communication Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) services in Peru’s airports.
