Ericsson to supply MediaFirst solution for SaskTel IPTV

EricssonTelecom equipment and software major Ericsson announced its IPTV deal with SaskTel, an ICT provider in Saskatchewan, Canada, to power its IPTV service.

SaskTel will implement the Ericsson MediaFirst solution this year. SaskTel plans to commercially launch its enhanced IPTV service in Saskatchewan in early 2018.
