Ericsson Networks Head Fredrik Jejdling to leave

Ericsson announced that Fredrik Jejdling, Head of Networks, will step down on March 15, 2025, and remain an executive advisor until June 30, 2025.

Fredrik Jejdling has been with Ericsson since 2006 and played a key role in the company’s turnaround and network advancements. He stated that it is the right time to move on to new opportunities.

Per Narvinger, currently leading Cloud Software and Services, will take over as Head of Business Area Networks and Executive Vice President.

Jenny Lindqvist, who leads Europe and Latin America, will replace Narvinger in Cloud Software and Services. CEO Börje Ekholm praised both leaders for their impact and expertise.

Ericsson is also restructuring its market areas, reducing three into two for efficiency. The new Market Area Americas will be led by Yossi Cohen, while Market Area Europe, Middle East & Africa will be led by Patrick Johansson.
