China Mobile 4G subscriber base reaches 509 mn in Nov

China Mobile 4G subscribers in November 2016China Mobile today said its 4G subscriber base reached 509.831 million in November 2016 from 497.327 million in October.

Reliance Jio Infocomm, the largest 4G operator in India, has 52 million 4G subscribers for its free data package. Reliance Jio, which has invested $20 billion in India, is targeting at least 100 million 4G subscribers by March 2017.

The 3G subscriber base of China Mobile dropped 111.873 million in November from 115.406 million in October.

China Mobile had 335.563 million 4G subscribers in January 2016.
