Veon to sell stake in Djezzy, exiting from Algeria

Veon has decided to sell the entire 45.57 percent stake in Djezzy, its Algerian subsidiary.
VEON business networkAlgerian National Investment Fund, Fonds National d’Investissement (FNI), will be buying the stake in Omnium Telecom Algerie.

“This important step will further streamline VEON’s operations, allowing for an improved focus on our core markets,” Veon said.
