MTS launches high speed data connectivity on Chennai – Bengaluru NH 4

Sistema Shyam TeleServices (MTS) announced the launch of
seamless High Speed Data (HSD) connectivity across the 350 km long Chennai –
Bengaluru stretch of national hHighway 4.

The roll-out is part of a larger blueprint. The company
plans to offer seamless HSD connectivity on some of the busiest national
highways across the country. Along with the Chennai – Bengaluru highway, MTS is
the only telecom operator to currently provide High Speed Data services on the
Delhi – Jaipur stretch of National Highway – 08.

We were the first telecom company to launch HSD services
on Delhi – Jaipur highway and now we are the first operator to launch HSD
services on Chennai – Bengaluru stretch of NH-04. This launch is part of a larger
blue print to take the mobile broadband usage in the country to the next level.
In a phased manner, MTS will be launching seamless HSD services across some of
the busiest highways in the country,” said Vsevolod Rozanov, president
& CEO, MTS India.

For customer benefit, MTS has introduced a daily usage
plan, providing unlimited data usage for one day for Rs 96. This proposition
would find a special appeal amongst MTS customers traveling on the
highway. Additionally, customers can enjoy unlimited data usage with 30
day validity with Unlimited MBlazer packs starting at Rs 647.
