Liberty to hike stake in Telenet to 95% through cash offer

Liberty Global is planning to increase its stake in Telenet Group to 95 percent from 59.18 percent through a voluntary and conditional cash offer.
Telenet investment plansLiberty Global has been Telenet’s controlling shareholder since 2007.

The Intended Offer would be an offer in cash at a price of €22 per share, representing a premium of 59% compared to closing price of Telenet on March 15, 2023.
