Lebara launches MVNO service on Mobily network in Saudi Arabia

Lebara, a European mobile telecoms operator for migrant communities, has launched its MVNO service – on Mobily network — in Saudi Arabia.

Recently, Saudi telecom regulator offered two MVNO license.

Lebara has five million active customers in 8 countries.

Hosted by the Mobily network, Lebara will target an estimated 10 million expatriates living in Saudi Arabia.  Pre-paid SIM cards and recharge vouchers will be available in Saudi Post and other retailers across the country.

“Lebara’s main objective in KSA is to bridge the gap and provide more affordable international and local voice, as well as data services, for our market segments in KSA, while maintaining high quality levels,” said Fadi Kawar, chief executive officer of Lebara KSA.

Lebara provides pay-as-you-go mobile SIM cards and related products and services customized to serve the international communities in seven European countries and Australia calling around the globe.
