Indian telecom operator revenue in September 2013 quarter

TRAI has shared Indian telecom operators’ average gross revenue for the September 2013 quarter.

The TRAI data shows that Airtel is continuing to lead the Indian telecom market based on AGR. Bharti Airtel clocked AGR of Rs 8,655 crore in the September quarter against Rs 8,814 crore in the June quarter, declining 1.81 percent.

Vodafone AGR decreased 2.45 percent to Rs 6,452 crore quarter-on-quarter.

Idea Cellular AGR dipped 2.4 percent to Rs 4,633 crore.

AGR of BSNL, a state-owned telecom operator, fell 1.53 percent to 3228 crore.

Average gross revenue of Tata Teleservices (TTSL) rose 5.14 percent to Rs 2,188 crore.

Reliance Communications’ AGR grew 0.38 percent to Rs 2,068 crore.

Aircel AGR increased 3.61 percent to Rs 1,551 crore.

MTNL AGR showed 17.97 percent increase to Rs 746 crore.

Uninor AGR enhanced 5 percent to Rs 480 crore.

AGR of MTS India (Sistema Shyam Teleservices) decreased 8.73 percent to Rs 200 crore.

Indian telecom operator AGR in Sept quarter

TRAI said adjusted gross revenue (AGR) increased 0.44 percent to Rs 38810.56 crore in September 2013 quarter from Rs 38640.30 crore in June quarter.

Gross revenue rose 0.33 percent to Rs 57452.56 crore.
