Bharti Airtel announced the appointment of Anant Arora as
CEO of the company’s B2C operations in Gujarat circle.

He will report to Raghunath Mandava – operations director
West. This is in line with the new organization structure that Bharti Airtel
recently announced for its India and South Asia operations.

As we move into the next phase of our growth journey, I
am delighted to welcome Anant in his new role as CEO of Gujarat for our B2C
operations. With his rich experience and deep market understanding, we are
confident that he will successfully lead our performance and growth in the
Gujarat market,” said Raghunath Mandava, operations director – West, Bharti
Airtel.

Bharti Airtel’s new structure is aimed at driving greater
business and functional synergies, providing a common interface to customers,
and creating a de-layered and more agile organization.

The new structure will provide more meaningful, empowered
roles and enhance employee engagement. Bharti Airtel’s transformed organization
structure has two distinct Customer Business Units (CBU) with clear focus on
B2C (Business to Customer) and B2B (Business to Business) segments.
