Aircel slashes local calling rate by 90% in Delhi

Telecom service provider Aircel has slashed local calling rates by 90 percent to offer local calling at 10p/min in Delhi.

The Maxis-promoted Aircel has launched two rate cutters; first one priced at Rs. 27 which offers all local calls at 10p/min for first 100 minutes and post that 40p/min with a validity for 21 days.

The second rate cutter is priced at Rs.11 which allows customers to make all local Aircel to Aircel (AtoA) calls at 10p/min with a validity of 15 days.

“The products will enable our customers to talk to their family and friends at low call rates. The products are especially aimed at the student community who like to be connected to their friends 24X7 and the rate cutters will provide them the ease and convenience to do so,” said Anil Gupta, regional manager – North, Aircel.
