3 Macau invests in convergent billing and customer management system

Telecom network operator 3 Macau has made investment in Convergent Billing and Customer Management system for its 4G LTE services.

3 Macau has selected CSG International as the OSS-BSS vendor to focus on enhancing customer experience by providing telecom services in the Macau market. 3 Macau has deployed CSG’s Singleview Convergent Billing and Customer Management, as well as CSG Interactivate with its flow-through service activation capabilities.

In addition, 3 Macau upgraded its existing CSG Intermediate deployment to the latest version.

“Our goal is to offer our customers the most exciting range of new services that 4G LTE brings,” said Wai-ming Ho, CEO at 3 Macau.

ZTE is the telecom network vendor of 3 Macau for rolling out 4G LTE networks.
