Telia taps RADCOM ACE for monitoring customer experience

RADCOM has secured a contract with Norlys, the owner of Telia Denmark, to provide its automated solution, RADCOM ACE, for monitoring customer experiences across 5G and 4G networks.

The solution will oversee Norlys’ entire network in Denmark, offering vendor-agnostic insights that enable informed decisions on network performance and quality. With a unified monitoring interface, Norlys can analyze and troubleshoot network performance efficiently to ensure top-tier user experiences.

RADCOM’s CEO, Benny Eppstein, expressed enthusiasm about partnering with Norlys, emphasizing their customer-centric and innovative approach.

Norlys CTO, Daniel Askeroth, highlighted their goal to deliver high-quality services and leverage 5G opportunities following the acquisition of Telia Denmark in April 2024. The partnership with RADCOM supports Norlys’ commitment to disrupt Denmark’s mobile market with superior network services.

The RADCOM solution features AI-driven automation for performance monitoring, enabling faster issue resolution, proactive maintenance, and optimized resource use. Its integration with other systems enhances customer experience and complaint management while reducing costs. Advanced RAN analysis provides real-time insights into network performance, ensuring precise identification of user experience issues.
