The Keysight–Samsung testing programme evaluated mobility, service continuity and MIMO configurations under simulated low-Earth-orbit conditions. Reproducing satellite movement, propagation delay and changing signals helps engineers identify modem problems before commercial deployment. Anritsu and Qualcomm Verify 5G Data Compression
Anritsu and Qualcomm Technologies collaborated in 2026 to verify 3GPP Release 17 NR Uplink Data Compression test cases. The work supports device-protocol validation using Anritsu’s mobile-device testing platform.

According to the Keysight case study, it accessed equipment valued at $8 million through a fixed-term operating-expense agreement costing $4.7 million.
