Sandip Das and Shantharaju join Sterlite Advisory Board

sterlite-technology-for-networkNetworking major Sterlite Technologies announced that telecom industry leaders Sandip Das and BS Shantharaju have joined the newly formed Advisory Board.

The Advisory Board of Sterlite Technologies will provide strategic guidance and direction on the company’s growth roadmap and focused capabilities in the highly evolving digital communications industry.

“These are exciting times for India as smarter broadband highways are required especially to realise the government’s vision of Digital India, Smart Cities and BharatNet,” said Pravin Agarwal, vice chairman of Sterlite Technologies.

Both Sandip Das and Shantharaju are advising Sterlite Technologies on technology and governance systems to make the business future ready.

Shantharaju worked with Indus Towers, GMR Group, Delhi International Airport, Gujarat Gas Company and SmithKline Pharmaceuticals.

Sandip Das earlier worked with Reliance Jio, Maxis Communications and Hutchison Essar Telecom (now Vodafone), India.
