Russian telecom company taps CallidusCloud Commissions Solution

Telecom Lead Europe: Callidus Software, a provider of
sales effectiveness and cloud computing, has been selected by a major
telecommunications company in Russia.

Under the agreement, the Russian telecom company is using
CallidusCloud’s Commissions solution to manage commissions across its internal
and external sales channels.

Jimmy Duan, senior vice president, International Sales,
CallidusCloud, said telecommunications companies need a flexible
commissions system that can scale to meet the large volumes required, whilst
offering the agility necessary for this fast paced industry.

Callidus claims that its Cloud solution replaces manual
processes and automates many functions other vendors perform through expensive
service offerings.

The company reckons that Russia is a high growth market
for SPM and Commissions and the new Russian customer will bolster its position
in the region.

The company will deliver its Commissions solution as part
of CallidusCloud’s sales and marketing suite, a SaaS suite that is designed to
help businesses drive enterprise engagement, sales performance
management and sales effectiveness.

The company claims that CallidusCloud’s Commissions
solution allows companies to deploy targeted incentives and commission programs
to drive sales execution.

In addition to that, the solution provides businesses
with the ability to automate the calculation and payment of commissions across
internal and external sales.

Callidus Software provides Cloud LeadFormix Platform to DAX
Systems

A few months back, Callidus Software announced that DAX
Systems, a provider of VOIP and CTI telecom equipment, selected the
CallidusCloud LeadFormix Marketing Automation platform.
