POST deploys AI-ready fiber network in Luxembourg

POST, a leading fixed network provider in Luxembourg, is set to become Europe’s first operator to migrate its entire broadband infrastructure to an autonomous, AI-ready fiber network.

Leveraging Nokia’s Lightspan access nodes and Altiplano automation platform, POST is pioneering the transition to a fully software-defined access network by the end of 2025.

POST is optimizing efficiency, capacity, and availability as part of transitioning to an all-fiber network by 2030, said Pierre Scholtes, Head of Telecom Networks at POST Luxembourg.

This strategic deployment enables POST to optimize its broadband services, ensuring greater efficiency, scalability, and enhanced customer experience. With Nokia’s Altiplano Access Controller, POST will improve network operations, enhance resource utilization, and future-proof its network for evolving digital demands.
