Novatel Wireless replaces CEO Peter Leparulo

Novatel Wireless has replaced its chief executive officer Peter Leparulo.

The intelligent wireless solutions company did not share reasons for replacing Peter Leparulo with an interim CEO Alex Mashinsky.

The board will scout for a permanent CEO.

Meanwhile, Novatel Wireless, which is strengthening its presence in the M2M market, has promoted Slim Souissi, CTO of the company, to president and chief operating officer.

Sue Swenson, chairman of the Board of Novatel Wireless, said: “We want to thank Peter Leparulo for his many years of service at Novatel Wireless.”
