Ericsson signs 5-year managed services deal with Orange

Ericsson today announced its managed services deal with Orange for operations in five European countries — Belgium, Moldova, Romania, Slovakia, and Spain.

As per the contract, Ericsson will manage operations and maintenance for Orange networks. The five-year contract includes network operation, network performance and optimization, network expansion, field services, and spare parts management Orange’s fixed-line access, 2G, 3G, and 4G access.

Ericsson will aim at enhancing user experience for more than 30 million customers.
